Income multiples: Up to 4.5 times principal income or 4.5 times joint

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 25% allowed within first three years without penalty, free valuation and free legal fees for remortgages

Arrangement fee: £750 plus £249 reservation fee

Redemption fee: 3% of amount repaid in year one, 2% in year two and 1% in year three
