Standard&#39s w-p fund has now dropped 24 per cent in equities and property

The equity and property component of Standard Life&#39s with-profits fund &#45 the equity backing ratio – has fallen by 24 per cent since the end of December.
Standard announced this week that it was slashing the EBR to 50 per cent &#45 massively cutting the fund&#39s exposure to equities and property, which had stood at 74 per cent. It is the first time for more than a year that the EBR has fallen below 70 per cent.
