Rate: 5.45 per cent, 5.1 APR (variable), 5.65 per cent, 5.4 per cent APR (variable).

Maximum loans: Up to 75 per cent subject to a maximum of £750,000; up to 80 per cent subject to a maximum of £500,000, 90% up to £400,000, and 90.01% – 95% £250,000.

Income multiples: Based on affordability, but ranging from 2.5 – 4 times salary
