Type: Combination of savings account and offshore capital-protected bond

Aim: Income and growth by splitting the investment equally between a one-year fixed-rate savings account and a capital-protected bond

SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Term: One year

Interest rate: 5% for sterling, US dollar and euro investments, 12% for Australian dollar investments

CAPITAL-PROTECTED BOND

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index for sterling investments, the S&P 500 for US dollar investments, the Eurostoxx 50 index for euro investments and the S&P/ASX 200 index for Australian dollar investments

Minimum – maximum investment: £10,000, euro 15,000, $20,000-no maximum

Place of registration: Isle of Man or Jersey

Term: Five years

Return: 50% of the growth in the index at the end of the term

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term regardless of the performance of the index

Closing date: December 14, 2010

Commission: Initial up to 3%
