Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the iShares MSCI Brazil Index Fund and Hang Seng China Enterprise Index

Minimum-maximum investment: £50,000, $75,000

Place of registration:  Isle of Man or Jersey

Term: Five years

Return: Sterling investments – 11.75% at the end of year one provided the underlying index and ETF are at or above their initial values, 23.5% at the end of year two, 35.25% at the end of year three, 47% at the end of year four or 58.75% at the end of year five, dollar investments – 14.5% at the end of year one provided the underlying index and ETF are at or above their initial values, 29% at the end of year two, 43.5% at the end of year three, 58% at the end of year four or 72.5% at the end of year five

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided neither the index or ETF fall by more than 50% during the term

Closing date: December 14, 2010

Commission: Initial up to 3%
