Standard and Scot Prov added to Webline IP panel

Capita Enabler’s adviser portal Webline has added Standard Life and Scottish Provident to its panel of income protection providers.

Webline client services and operations director Matt Humphrey says this will ensure users have the ability to offer and advise clients on a wider range of products.

He says: “It is also extremely important to us that we continue to open up more of the market to our users by introducing new and enhanced services to financial intermediaries, consequently improving the overall service they offer their clients.”

Scottish Provident head of marketing Alison Turner-Holmes says it is part of their strategy to enhance Scottish Provident’s e-commerce proposition to intermediaries.

She says: “Income protection is such an important aspect of protection planning so it’s excellent this option is now available for advisers to use.”
