Stamp duty on the purchase of offshore-domiciled exchange traded funds listed on the London Stock Exchange is to be scrapped, bringing them in line with onshore-domiciled ETFs. Seven Investment Management director Justin Urquhart Stewart says this will improve investor access to the 690 ETFs worldwide.
