Staffordshire Building Society offers new mortgage range

Staffordshire Building Society is launching a new range of mortgage products and a loyalty bonus for existing borrowers.

Staffordshire is offering a discount of 2.26 per cent off its standard variable rate of 7.25 per cent until June 2003, with £350 cashback, free valuation and no product arrangement fee.

It is also offering a stepped rate discount of 3 per cent off SVR until June 2002, 2 per cent until June 2003 and 1 per cent cashback, free valuation and no arrangement fee.

Borrowers who have been with the Staffordshire for more than five years will receive a 0.4 per cent reduction in their mortgage rate, giving a loyalty bonus rate of 6.85 per cent.
