Specialist Mortgage Funding relaunches with new identity

Specialist Mortgage Funding Ltd, the mortgage packager is relaunching as SMF, together with a new logo and corporate identity.

The Chester based packager offers exclusive products from a panel of lenders for products such as self-cert, right to buy, buy to let and adverse.

Managing director Philip Burke says: “By rebranding we can demonstrate our investment and commitment to the packaging industry.”

“Brokers are currently seeing increasing competition within a stagnating market where margins are contracting and consumers are increasingly footloose. We can help offset this by giving brokers more flexible options, very competitive rates and proc fees. We are looking to expand our broker network by 30 per cent over the next six months and increase business across our full range of services.”
