Skipton Building Society appoints Jack to board

Skipton Building Society is appointing William Jack as a non-executive board member.

Jack was previously managing director at CGU Life, with responsibility for all UK life companies. Before this he was managing director of General Accident Life Assurance for eight years.

Jack is also a non-executive director for Alliance Trust, 2nd Alliance Trust and Alliance Trust Savings, posts he has held since December 2000.
