Skandia tops Tenet’s service survey for second year

Skandia has come top in Tenet’s member survey of providers service for the second year in a row.

The IFA group says Skandia got the best score in the majority of categories including product range and innovation, service and support, e-commerce capability and the quality of training and development.

Standard Life was voted best provider for image and brand while Legal & General came top for perceptions of its financial strength.

Tenet says Friends Provident and Aegon Scottish Equitable were also highly rated.

Tenet group distribution & development director Keith Richards says: “The survey offers valuable feedback for Tenet and product providers to ensure that focus is placed on the delivery of service level agreements, which are reviewed on a regular basis. From this, we can both acknowledge excellent service and highlight areas where improvements could be made.”
