Skandia has merged the commercial operations of Skandia Life and Selestia and Skandia UK’s former strategy director Nick Dixon has been appointed commercial director to head up the team.
Head of marketing Billy Mackay has taken on many of the responsibilities of Selestia’s former marketing director Bill Vasilieff.
Reporting to Mackay, Peter Jordan has been appointed to the new role of head of platform marketing driving the development and marketing of Selestia Investment Solutions and Skandia Wrap.
Jordan was previously marketing director at Scottish Widows and head of product marketing at Skandia.
Also reporting to Mackay, Nick Bladen has been appointed to the new role of head of pension and bonds marketing. Bladen has worked at Skandia for over 20 years.
Head of investment marketing Graham Bentley is responsible for developing new investment products and tools.
Bentley was most recently head of investment marketing for Selestia and previously worked for M&G and Henderson.
Colin Jelley is head of tax and financial planning and has also led the ABI’s Product Taxation Panel for nearly 10 years.
