Simplyhealth rebrands

Simplyhealth Group has unveiled its plans to integrate its trading divisions under one brand name, Simplyhealth.

Over the course of the next two years Simplyhealth Access, Simplyhealth Wellbeing, Vitality Healthcare and Totally Active will fall under the Simplyhealth group umbrella.

The healthcare group’s financial services business, including HSA, BCWA, and LHF, will also unite with Simplyhealth.

The move is part of the group’s plans to clarify its portfolio and strengthen its position in the market.

Group chief executive Des Benjamin says: “During the last eight years we have focused on building and diversifying the organisation and investing in the brands we’ve acquired. The next stage of the strategy is to capitalise on this growth and unite the group closely as one team, with one voice, one purpose and under one flag.

“We now have the opportunity to truly make our mark in UK healthcare”.
