Which providers come out on top when it comes to service?
Our upcoming Money Marketing Service Ratings report will enable advisers to glean an insight into which providers are delivering on their adviser propositions.
Following an independent survey of hundreds of advisers, paraplanners and administrators earlier this year, Money Marketing has compiled a definitive analysis of the current service levels from UK product providers.
Respondents were quizzed on how well providers delivered on 14 key product areas, including annuities, income drawdown, investment trusts and protection.
Providers were assessed according to how easy it is to deal with them online, clarity of process, overall speed of response and the technical knowledge of adviser-facing staff.
The report, to be published in the summer, should form a useful tool as part of advisers’ due diligence when it comes to reviewing the providers they partner with.
