Service will analyse tax-efficient investments

Venture Capital Trust pundit Martin Churchill is to launch a new service for IFAs, providing news and analysis on the tax efficient investment market.

The service, to be called The Tax Efficient Review, will be launched at the end of September although its website is already live at

Churchill, who until recently ran IFA Allenbridge&#39s Tax Shelter Report, will head the new venture.

The service, which is offered in association with private financial services group Credo, will be subscription-based and will provide details and reviews of all the latest launches in the VCT, Enterprise Investment Scheme, Enterprise Zone Trust and Film Partnership markets.

Tax Efficient Review is also set to launch a series of key facts guides, with the first in its series – Key facts about VCTs – available now.

Churchill says: “The VCT market is now mature with over £1.5bn invested and investors want to know how their investments have performed. To meet this need we will not only review all new offerings, but uniquely in this market, we will review all the existing VCTs.

“Subscribers will be able to access commentary on the interim and final accounts of all VCTs on our website, over 140 reports a year.”
