Senior investment trio Dan Kemp, Clive Hale and Sam Liddle have launched an investment consultancy
Ablemarle Street Partners is designed to team with advisers to create an investment process and construct investment portfolios. The firm will help advisers in areas such as client risk-profiling, whole-of-market fund research, portfolio construction, asset allocation and client communication.
Hale was former chief investment officer at Skandia, Kemp was a former partner at Saltus and Liddle was a fund manager at MAM Funds.
ASP is also offering advice fund management companies on construction and presentation of investment process, product development and the relevance of their fund ranges in the post-RDR world.
Kemp says: “Clive, Sam and I have known each other for many years and are delighted by this opportunity to combine our skills and experience into a single comprehensive service for the benefit of IFAs and their clients.”
Hale says: “As experienced fund analysts, we have met a large number of fund managers who have been hampered by poor product design and a weak presentation. We are well- placed to help investment firms refine their product range and present it in a relevant way.”
