Self-cert stepped mortgage from Pink

Pink Home Loans is launching a self-certified stepped discount mortgage with an initial rate of 3.99 percent.

The two year stepped discount has a 1.76 per cent discount in year one and a 0.76 per cent discount in year two, on a standard rate of Bank of England base rate plus 1.75 per cent.

Maximum loan to value is 85 per cent on loans up to £350,000, with an arrangement fee of £299, with an introducers fee of 0.5 per cent.

Redemption fees are 5 per cent in year one and 4 per cent in year two.
