I can put Mr Slipaczek at ease. If someone rings up for information such as a mystery shopper, one is obviously allowed to produce it.
On the other hand, if somebody asks for advice relevant to their circumstances, this cannot be done without a fact-find.
In other words, if someone rings up and wants generic advice, this is purely information but after a fact-find and specifically for the client, this will be advice. It all seems very straightforward to me.
