Scottish Widows extends unit-linked funds

Scottish Widows is extending the funds it offers through its unit-linked pension and life assurance plans.


As of today, customers will now be able to buy into the Scottish Widows Global Equity and Environmental funds in addition to the range already offered.


The funds will invest in existing Scottish Widows unit trusts, the Fund Management Global unit trust and the Environmental Investor unit trust.


Annual charges for the funds will include a bid/offer spread of 5 per cent and an annual management charge of 0.875 per cent for pensions and 0.75 per cent for life assurance plans.
