Guarantee: Opportunity option – capital returned in full provided that

by more than 30 per cent and fail to return to their initial levels

between May 2, 2005 and May 30, 2005. Cautious option – capital

returned in full provided that none of the FTSE 100, S&P

500 or Eurostoxx 50 indices fall by more than 30 per cent and fail to

return to 85 per cent of their initial levels between May 2, 2005 and

May 30, 2005.
