Scott McKenzie to leave Martin Currie

Martin Currie UK equity income manager Scott McKenzie is leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities.

Watson also manages the UK growth and income portfolios at Martin Currie as well as an equity income trust in the shape of the Securities Trust of Scotland.

The £21m UK equity income fund is currently fourth quartile in the IMA UK equity income sector over three years.
