Scot Prov joins Synaptic

Scottish Provident has become the latest product provider to join Synaptic&#39s internet quotation service ez-ifa.co.uk.

Scot Prov says it has developed back office systems to standards agreed by Origo and product providers which enables quotations and new business transactions to be made on-line.

The system is being piloted by selected IFAs and offers access to on-line financial news, product information, quotations and transactions free via the internet.

Scot Prov head of sales Alistair Schofield says: “We believe that new technology will greatly enhance the service, which we can offer to IFAs and that IFAs can offer to their clients, by making substantial time savings in the decision making process.”
