Scot Mutual targets IFAs with Woolwich loan deal

Scottish Mutual is offering a Woolwich remortgage deal exclusively to IFAs.

The remortgage is only available to IFAs registered with the Scottish

Mutual Mortgage Alliance.

The Switch and Save three-year stepped discount has no application fees

and no redemption penalties after the discounted period. The discount is

2.01 per cent in the first year, 0.76 per cent in the second and 0.5 per

cent in the third.

There is also the choice of a free valuation and free legal fees or free

valuation and a £300 cashback.

The Mortgage Alliance was set up in March. It allows IFAs to place

mortgages with Scottish Mutual&#39s lending partners. The company also

negotiates introducer fees for IFAs.

Mortgage marketing manager Mark Evans says: “We are delighted to announce

this new exclusive deal with the Woolwich, offering an excellent fee-free

deal for remortgage customers.”
