Scot Life invests in new systems

Scottish Life has signed up software specialists DST International to provide an Automated Work Distributor system.

The AWD system takes incoming administration enquiries from e-mails, fax, telephone or scanned papers and distributes them automatically to the most relevant person to deal with each item.
