Income multiples: Up to 95% of valuation – up to four times principal income plus second or 3.25 times joint, up to 80% of valuation – up to 4.25 times principal income plus second or 3.5 times joint

Conditions: Free legal fees for remortgages, up to one CCJ allowed up to a maximum of £250, up to two months’ arrears allowed in the last 12 months but none in the last six months
