Sarasin is on the road with a global theme

Sarasin Investment Management is holding a series ofIFA seminars across the country on global thematic inv-estments.

The seminars, which run throughout September and October, are aimed at highlighting topical investment issues. These include why fund managers are increasingly turning to global theme portfolios, and how traditionalcompanies can use e-commerce systems.

The seminars will include detailed talks on bluetooth technology which will enable office equipment such as telephones or PCs to communicate with each other. Sarasin believes this will be an integral part of home and office devices.

Presentations at the seminars will be made by a number of Sarasin&#39s top investment team, including chief investment officer Guy Monson.

Venues include Norwich, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Belfast, Chester and London.

Head of marketing Ivo Forde says: “It is a packed itinerary and gives IFAs the opportunity to hear what fund managers have to say about individual global themes and individual funds.”
