Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty in the fixed-rate period subject to a £500 minimum, homebuyer solution benefits package for purchases offering free standard valaution and £250 cashback, remortgage solution benefits package offering free standard valuation and free legal fees or £250 cashback, available direct through branches only

PosSol loses 360 advisers and makes £1.6m loss
