Russell Investments directors join On-Line Partnership Group board

Three directors at Russell Investments have been appointed to the board of On-Line Partnership Group and the Whitechurch Network.

It follows the investment firm’s acquisition of the On-Line Partnership Group in November.

Russell chief executive officer Pascal Duval, managing director Greg Stark and finance director James Beveridge all join the board at On-Line Partnership Group.

The board appointments represent a step forward in the network’s integration into Russell, with the investment firm confirming in November that its investment products would be offered through the network.

A spokeswoman for Russell says: “As the 100 per cent purchaser of OLPG, Russell appointed new directors to the four subsidiaries making up the group.  This includes The Whitechurch Network (an FCA regulated entity) as well as the other entities making up the group.”

Money Marketing revealed yesterday that former Whitechurch managing director Ian McIver has left the business, having become a director with On-Line Partnership Group when it acquired Whitechurch in 2012.

OLPG is made up of parent company On-Line Partnership Group Limited and subsidiaries The On-Line Partnership Limited, The Whitechurch Network Limited and Innovate Mortgages Limited.
