RSM Tenon has launched an online advice portal and telephone advice service for its clients.
Link2wealth uses Cofunds as its platform and says it will look to offer a low-cost alternative to face-to-face advice. Through the client portal clients can buy and trade investments online on the Cofunds platform and look at valuations of existing investments.
Link2wealth also has a telephone-based service team.
RSM says the service will offer lower transaction fees and lower risk products in comparison to a full advice service. However, it is yet to reveal the charging structure of the new proposition. Clients with more complicated needs are referred to an RSM Tenon IFA.
RSM Tenon head of wealth management John Porteous says: “We are excited about launching this service and think that our online offering backed by a specialist team will prove to be a valuable resource for clients.”
