Royal London head of comms Alasdair Buchanan retires

Royal London head of communications Alasdair Buchanan has announced his retirement after 16 years with the provider.

He will leave on June 6 and will be replaced by director of brand and communications Susan Sneddon.

Buchanan (pictured) will continue to support Scottish Life’s media activity on a part-time basis. He will work around three days a week in his new role.

Buchanan says: “I have very much enjoyed the work I have done for Royal London and I have been lucky enough to work with some fantastic people over the past 16 years.”
