Royal London appoints Aujard as legal director and company secretary

Royal London has appointed Chris Aujard as group legal director and company secretary following the retirement of Murray Ross.

Aujard, formerly of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, will be responsible for the group’s legal matters and will head a team of nine lawyers.

Royal London group finance director Stephen Shone says: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to the team. I’m sure his experience within the financial services industry will prove invaluable as we drive the business forward.”
