Robert Reid to be new PFS president

Robert Reid will take over from Carole Nicholls as the next president of the Personal Finance Society.

The handover is set to take place at the PFS annual conference in November pending confirmation at the AGM.

Reid says his appointment follows the board’s selection process, which will not be made public.

Reid says: “I would like to improve the profile of the Personal Finance Society in the public domain so people use PFS members as a matter of course. I would like to think we could find a way through the RDR to members’ benefit.”
