Revenue and rethink on Peps and Isas

HM Revenue & Customs has changed its policy regarding monies incorrectly removed from Peps and Isas after lobbying from the Pep and Isa Managers Association.

Managers who make these errors can now reinstate the money as long as they gain clearance from the HMRC audit unit beforehand. Previously this was only allowed in specifically defined circumstances.
