Reita signs up three new members

Reita has signed up Derwent London, Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance and Primary Health Properties as members of Reita, the educational and awareness campaign behind the reita.org website.

Derwent London invests mainly in the West End but also in those newly improving locations where it perceives future value.

Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance advises on the structuring, arranging and placing of debt and equity capital raisings for property owners and occupiers and is also active in property derivatives and mergers and acquisitions.

PHP is a private sector provider of modern primary care facilities, which specialises in the ownership of freehold or long leasehold interests in modern purpose-built healthcare facilities. It is currently the smallest UK Reit, with gross assets including commitments of 314m.

Reita programme coordinator Dave Butler says: “This is an amazing achievement having three more market leading companies joining Reita is fantastic news and really shows the strength of support and commitment that we are continuing to receive, since our launch last year.”
