Tracker rate: 5.29% above Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 5.79%

Minimum loan: £15,000

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty, up to 10 properties allowed within a total maximum of £3.5m

Arrangement fee: £1,499

Redemption fee: 3% of the amount repaid in the first two years
