Aim: Growth and income by investing initially in fixed income securities, cash and cash equivalent assets, then in the entertainment industry, through live music, theatre, sports, festivals trade shows, exhibitions and other events

Closing date: April 5, 2011 for 10/11 tax year, June 3, 2011 for 11/12 tax year

Charges: Initial 5.5%, annual 1.75%, performance fee 19% to 29%

Special offer: 30 extra shares, 20 extra shares or 10 extra shares for every 1,000 subscribed for, plus additional 20 extra shares for every 1,000 subscribed for by existing shareholders

Offer period: Until December 31, 2010, January 31, 2011 and February 28, 2011 respectively
