Charges: Initial 5.5%, annual 1.75%, performance fee 19% to 29%

Special offer: 30 extra shares, 20 extra shares or 10 extra shares for every 1,000 subscribed for, plus additional 20 extra shares for every 1,000 subscribed for by existing shareholders

Offer period: Until December 31, 2010, January 31, 2011 and February 28, 2011 respectively
