Aim: Growth and income by investing initially in fixed income securities, cash and cash equivalent
assets, then in the entertainment industry, concentrating on live music, theatre, sports, festivals trade shows, exhibitions and other events.

Minimum investment: Lump sum £5,000

Closing date: April 5, 2010 for 09/10 tax year, June 4, 2010 for 10/11 tax year

Charges: Initial 5.5%, annual 1.75%, performance fee 19 to 29%

Special offer: 30 extra shares, 20 extra shares or 10 extra shares for every 1,000 subscribed for

Offer period: Until January 1, 2010, February 1, 2010 and March 1, 2010 respectively

Commission: Initial 3%, initial 2.25% plus renewal 0.375% for up yo four years
