Quay appoints new product manager

Quay Software Solutions has appointed Sally Purcell as product manager.

She will be based at the HQ in Bichop’s Stortford and will report to business operations manager Richard Hill. Her role will involve the management of product development, as well as enhancing client service levels.

Purcell worked at 1st Software from 1999 until 2005, working initially in the training team and then subsequently managing some of its largest accounts to ensure they were able to make full use of the softwares capabilities.

For the last two years of her employment at 1st, she worked as a business consultant, working with new and existing clients managing large and complex implementation and integration projects.

Prior to this she worked at Misys Financial Systems between 1996 and 1999.

Hill says: “Sallys appointment further strengthens our team here on the product side. She is a very skilled, knowledgeable and hard working person who has achieved much in her career so far. Purcell says: “I am looking forward to helping Quay progress its strong suite of products, and aim to make sure that all future developments are geared around making the end to end process of advice and client servicing as intuitive as possible.”
