Quay Software has signed a deal with Royal Liver to create a bespoke back-office system for its Irish broker subsidiary.
Citadel Financial Advice is based in Dublin and Quay has had to redesign its point of sale and back-office system to accommodate advisers registered in Ireland.
The new system, which is a version of Quay’s client care desktop suite, will provide Royal Liver’s Irish brokers with a front-office and customer relationship management package.
Quay managing director Mitchell Philpott says there are currently around 7,000 RIs in Ireland who have been not been targeted by many technology companies.
Philpott says: “Technology is a differentiator and enabler for today’s business and there is growing understanding of this within the marketplace. This is a hugely exciting step for all at Quay Software and Royal Liver. Finally, someone has addressed the problems faced by advisers in Ireland, a valuable market, which until now has had to make do with compromises in its systems.”
