Punter Southall & Co acquires IFA

Actuarial consultancy Punter Southall & Co has acquired IFA Robarth Securites.


The new advisory arm will be launched as Punter Southall Financial Management, headed by Robarth&#39s managing director Arthur Allison.


The deal is expected to provide working capital and greater financial resources for the IFA practice.


Prior to the acquistion Robarth had acted as financial consultants to Punter Southall clients.
