Pru sets out processing times for Egg accounts

Egg has set up a web site to keep customers informed of processing delays for its savings account which is currently running at 28 days.


The website will be updated daily and there will also be a freephone number to keep customers informed.


Egg chief operating officer Paul Gratton says: &#34 We are absolutely delighted with the response we have had so far and would like to thank customers for their patience.&#34
