Progress launches client segmentation campaign

Progress from Royal Liver is launching a client segmentation campaign to encourage more IFAs to sell protection.

The online protection provider has launched the campaign in a bid to help IFAs gain a better understanding of their customers through data segmentation.

The campaign includes a direct mail tool highlighting the opportunities and benefits of segmentation, and a suite of segmentation sales aids, including customer profiles and product analysis.

Progress IFA marketing manager Aidan Dewhurst says: “Existing customers often hold the key to new business opportunities and our segmentation campaign is designed to put this theory into practice.

“It offers a useful framework that will help advisers maximise the potential of their existing client bank and strengthen relationships at the same time.”
