Discounted term: Until April 30, 2006.

Discount: 2 per cent until October 31, 2002, 1 per cent until April 30, 2006.

Payable rate: 5.29 per cent until October 31, 2002, 6.29 per cent until April 30, 2006.

Minimum loan: £5,000.

Maximum loan: Up to 90 per cent of valuation subject to no maximum.

Income multiples: 3.5 times principal income plus second or 2.5 times joint.

Arrangement fee: None.

Redemption fee: Full redemption – three per cent of original advance until April 30, 2006, partial redemption – three per cent of amount repaid until April 30, 2006.

Conditions: Free valuation, free legal fees on remortgages if recommended solicitor used, otherwise £225 towards legal costs. Principality buildings and contents insurance to be taken or 0.19 per cent to be added to discounted rate.
