Tracker term: Until November 30, 2012

Tracker rate: 3.99% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 4.49%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 60% of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments calculated at the higher of the pay rate or the Society’s Standard Variable rate

Conditions:  Free legal fees for remortgages, available for properties in England and Wales, available direct and through intermediaries, up to 10 properties allowed within a maximum total of £1m

Arrangement fee:  £999

Redemption fee:  4% of the amount repaid in the first two years plus £150 discharge fee if mortgage is repaid in full
