Principality Building Society – 2-Year Buy-To-Let Tracker

Type: Buy-to-let tracker mortgage

Tracker term: Until July 31, 2013

Tracker rate: 4.49% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 4.99%

Minimum loan: £25,000

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £150,000

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments calculated at the higher of the pay rate or 4.99%

Conditions: Free legal fees for remortgages, available through Pink, PMS and Sesame for properties in England and Wales

Arrangement fee: 2% of the original loan
Redemption fee: 4% of the original loan in the first two years

Introducer’s fee: Refer to distributor
