Return: 20% of the original investment in year three if the index is at least 10% above its initial level, 30% in year four if the index is at least 15% above its initial level, 40% in year five if the index is at least 20% above its initial level, otherwise 100% of the growth in the index at the end of the term

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full regardless of the performance of the index
