Pre-X expands EIS fund range

Pre-X Capital Management has added a third EIS fund to its product range.
The axcess EIS fund invests in pre-IPO companies which are looking for extra growth to take them to an IPO or a trade sale.

EIS schemes benefit from combined tax benefits including inheritance tax relief and tax free growth.

The firm believes that companies seeking investment for growth are now trading at cheaper valuations and therefore offer greater profit potential.

It also believes that the investment markets are at or very close to the bottom of the economic cycle as the problems with banks are dealt with and now is the time to invest.

Pre-X managing director John Blowers says: “ Whilst the tax benefits of EIS schemes are highly attractive, we want our clients to invest in the axcess fund because of the growth potential of the companies we invest in.”
