Positive Mortgages Aims for HNW deals

Positive Solutions is setting up Positive Mortgages to offer support services to mortgage brokers.

PS chief executive David Harrison claims the new whole of market service will offer procuration fees and commission levels among the best in the industry but he adds that the aim is to focus on service rather than the level of fees, saying this will prove more valuable to intermediaries in the long run.

He says Positive Mortgages will work with banks and building societies to offer exclusive deals for high-net-worth clients.

The firm says it is on the verge of completing deals with lenders.

Positive Mortgages will use an electronic sales system to streamline the advice process.

Brokers joining Positive Mortgages before the end of June will be eligible for a profit-share scheme.

Positive Mortgages will be running a series of seminars in the next few weeks to showcase their offering to brokers.

Harrison says: “The offer that we have built for mortgage brokers is what many have been asking for – transparent management, efficient systems, top remuneration fees and the chance to work with an organisation who are committed to their members future success.”

“Our rates are as good as anyone else’s but we have never been about rates – we believe the service we offer will far outweigh that.”
