Point One widens range

Bankhall&#39s non-regulated network Point One is expanding its range of services to include healthcare.

Point One, which provides support for mortgage, general insurance and non-regulated life products, has negotiated deals on income protection, private medical insurance and group risk schemes from a panel of providers comprising Bupa, Norwich Union Healthcare, Unum, Swiss Life, PPP and Standard Life Healthcare.

It has also added Scottish Widows to its list of core protection providers to coincide with the life office setting up an exclusive term insurance, mortgage protection and critical-illness product for Point One members.

The network was set up by Bankhall last October to target IFAs and estate agents.

Point One head of sales Mike Buckley says: “We strive to offer our members the best service options at all times. Our IT solutions, greater commercial returns for members and full compliance support will be just some of the reasons why Point One has been so successful.”
